On his website he shares his own sauna workout routine, consisting of a series of classical yoga exercises. Yoga Sun Salutation Series - A very basic yoga exercise that serves as something of a foundation for the whole routine. Stretching, relaxing and invigorating.
Hindu Squats - work your legs and buttocks with this challenging but rewarding exercise.
Hindu Pushups - these pushups actually involve more or less all of the body, building strength in your arms and legs as well as your back and your abdominal area.
Boat Pose - The boat pose in yoga is also used in many exercise programs like pilates and is agreat way to improve your balance and activate all the smaller muscles in your body.
Wheel Pose - This pose is more advanced and is only recommended for experienced yoga practitioners, but once you get a hang of it, it is very rewarding.
